|A.||No! All adverts are free of charge, whether on not you add any photographs.|
| ||Q.||Do you accept all advertisements?|
|A.||No! We only accept aviation related advertisements. In addition, if we see anything suspicious about an advert we reserve the right to disable an account and any adverts without contacting the advertiser.|
| ||Q.||I have created an account and placed an advert, but it does not show on Avbooking.com?|
|A.||New accounts are initially set to non-trusted. This means that you can log in and create an advert but it will not show on the site. We normally only enable an account after the first advert is placed and has been checked.|
| ||Q.||I want to place an advert but I do no have any photographs yet|
|A.||You can place your advert and then add photographs later. You can also change individual photographs for your advert later if you need to.|
| ||Q.||Why do you require an escrow declaration and what is it?|
|A.||The escrow declaration assists potential buyers by providing additional information in advance for items that are being sold through a third party. It alerts users to deviations from the stated declaration and provides users with information that can help in checking the validity of a third party company before becoming involved in any transaction.|
| ||Q.||How much does it cost to place an advert?|
|A.||It does not cost anything! Adverts on Avbooking.com are free for both private and commercial advertisers.|
| ||Q.||I had an active account but I cannot log in any more?|
|A.||The most common reasons that advertisers cannot log into their accounts are,
You should first request you login detail again. If you cannot login with the details sent to you, you should contact us.
||The login information entered is incorrect.
||30 days after all adverts owned by an account have expired or been deleted, the account is automatically deleted by the system.
||Avbooking may have suspended or cancelled your account for some reason.
| ||Q.||I have not received my login code|
|A.||Sometimes emails from the system can be a little slow. In many cases, emails are delivered to the junk mail folder, or the mail account does not allow emails from avbooking.com. Make sure that your email system can accept emails from our system also check your junk mail folder.|
| ||Q.||How do I use the escrow declarations?|
|A.||Escrow declarations are entered by the advertiser. The intention is to provide advance information about the use of escrow companies to visitors so that you can check that a company is legitimate before contacting the advertiser. It also alerts you to deviations by the advertiser. For example where the advertiser states that they are not using an escrow company, but wants to use one after being contacted, or where they state one company and then want to use another. Treat unexpected deviations from the declaration as suspicious.|

|A.||To report a suspicious advert, use the contact option at the bottom of this page and provide us with as much detail as possible including the advert code or url.|
