Finding your way around the adverts
Avbooking uses a simple heirarchical navigation tree to help you quickly find your way the
adverts that are of interest to you. Simply click on the section that you want to search
and the adverts in that category will be listed.
Search filters
If you want to narrow your search down by country you can select the country from the
drop down list box below the navigation tree. Once you have selected the country that is os interest to you,
click the "Search button".
If you want to search for adverts containing certain words, enter the words that you are looking for in the
"Search for words" text box and click the "Search button".
If the search filters (countries & search words) that you have specified do not return any matches, the system will report that there were
no matches and clear the filters automatically, first any search words and then the country if there are still no hits when you search again.
Otherwise, search filters will remain in effect until you clear the search yourself.
Some special categories (such as the featured adverts) bypass the search filters.

Maintaining your own list of selections
When viewing an advert you can easily add it to your own personal list of selections. This is handy if you would like
to quickly find your way back to an advert at a later time.
If your browser allows cookies, your selections will be remembered the next time that you visit avbooking from the
same computer. If your computer does not allow cookies, your selections will only be remembered for the duration
of your current visit (i.e. using the same web browser window until it is closed).
To add an advert to your list of selections, click the "Add" button displayed to the top right of an advert.
To remove an advert from your selections, click the "Remove" button displayed to the top right of an advert.
This button is only displayed if the advert has already been added to your selections.
You can list your selections at any time by clicking on the "My selections" button
at the top of the navigation tree.

Responding to an advert
At the top of each advert you will see a "contact advertiser" button.
If you click on this button you will be taken directly to the response form
which is towards the bottom of the page. You can also access the response form by scrolling down
the page.
In your response text,
You should not enter more than 1 url (website address)
You must not use html tags.
Your contact details
Please make sure that you have provided your correct email address!
We do not use a "confirmation" email field because in our experience
most people just copy and paste email addresses anyway, so if it is wrongly entered,
it is also wrong in the confirmation field.

Escrow declarations
Below each advert, and above the contact form, you will see the advertisers
escrow declaration history. This provides you with advance information (as supplied by the advertiser)
about the involvement of any escrow company and if such a company is involved, some information that
gives you the opportunity to check the company before contacting the advertiser.
Older declarations where an escrow company is mentioned can be viewd by clicking the "info" link.
