Terms and conditions of use
Users must read the terms and conditions as defined below and agree to these terms and conditions in order to make use of any service(s) offered on this site.

Provision of service
Any and all service(s) provided by avbooking.com, their suppliers, and representatives are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. avbooking.com expressly disclaims any representation or warranty that any service(s) offered by avbooking.com will be error-free, secure or uninterrupted. No verbal or written information given by avbooking.com, its owners, employees, suppliers or representatives, will create a warranty; nor may you rely on any such information or advice.

Indemnity
Customers of avbooking.com agree to indemnify and hold harmless avbooking.com, its owners, employees, advisors, representatives and suppliers ("Indemnitees") against all claims, expenses, liabilities, losses, costs, and damages, including reasonable attorney's fees, from any claims resulting from the use of any service(s) provided by avbooking.com or any representative of avbooking.com that damages them, any other party or any form of property, including, but not limited to, loss of revenue or materiel caused directly or indirectly by any use, failure, or abuse of the service(s) provided by avbooking.com.

Privacy of information
Personal information is deemed to consist of names, IP, postal, and e-mail addresses. avbooking.com treats personal information as confidential and does not normally pass on personal information to any third party, neither does avbooking.com use any personal information collected on its systems for its own marketing campaigns.
The following exceptions exist,
  		• Where a user submits a response to an advertisement on our system, the user understands and agrees that statistics regarding their response activity together with their IP address and email address are made available to the advertiser that the user is responding to.
  		• avbooking.com may create one or more "opt-in" mailing list for news information and so on. Where a user has requested to join such a mailing list, the user understands that they will receive e-mail from us from time to time against the e-mail address that was specified when joining the mailing list. Additionally, these e-mails may contain marketing information relating to various products and services.
  		• avbooking.com may send e-mail to its users in order to communicate important information and to discuss issues regarding advertisements.
  		• Users understand and agree that should avbooking.com be requested in writing from a recognised law enforcement agency, legal representative or regulatory body, and where avbooking.com deems such a request to be reasonable and legitimate, or where avbooking.com is required by law to provide any information contained on its system(s), avbooking.com retains the right to provide any such information without necessarily entering into correspondance with any user(s) concerned.
  		• Users understand and agree that avbooking.com may pass any data contained on its system(s) to a third party for investigation and/or action, and without necessarily entering into correspondance with any user(s) concerned, where a serious misuse or abuse of our system(s) and/or service(s) is detected or suspected.

    Responses to adverts
    Users understand and agree that avbooking.com can store and access all response data for vetting purposes, including but not limited to the response text itself.
    Additionally, where a response, or multiple responses, are considered suspicious, spamming or generally inappropriate, such messages may be marked as "suspicious" (blackmarking) by any advertiser receiving the message. Users also agree that information regarding the number of blackmarks that have been added against a user responses is made available to all advertisers who have received responses from the same user.

    Advert response messages are not emailed to the account user. The system may periodically send a notification email to the advertiser indicating that there are new messages, however, users understand and agree that they are themselves responsible for checking their avbooking message center for messages in a reasonable time.

    Response messages are automatically deleted by the system after 30 days. Users understand and agree that they are themselves responsible for checking their avbooking message center for messages in a reasonable time.


    Logging of data
    Users understand and agree to avbooking.com logging certain user data during transactions on our system(s). The primary purpose of logging user data is to combat the fraudulent use of our system(s) and service(s). This information may also be used to block certain users or IP addresses from accessing our service(s) where they are deemed by us to be a threat to our system(s) or generally problematic to other users.
    The following data may be logged by avbooking.com,
  		• E-mail addresses of persons responding to advertisements.
  		• The IP address that caused the transaction.
  		• The type of transaction that occurred on our system.
  		• Transation details including the advert code (if applicable).
  		• Response messages.
  		• The date and time of the transaction on our system(s).
    Log data relating to advertisement responses is maintained on our system(s) for a period of 60 days after which it may be deleted from our system(s). Data relating to advertisement content is maintained on our system(s) for a period of 30 days after the advertisement has expired or been cancelled, after which time it may be completely deleted from our system(s). Any data relating to non-confirmed accounts may be deleted from our system(s) after 7 days.
    Where there exists the need to retain data for possible distribution to a third party (under the situations described in this documents "Privacy of information" section), avbooking.com retains the right to backup and retain any such data contained on its systems for an indefinite period.

    Advertisements
    Users understand that the role of avbooking.com with respect to advertisements placed on its system(s) is solely to provide a contact point between people who are selling and buying items or services. avbooking.com does not endorse any of the advertisements contained on its system(s), neither does avbooking.com accept any responsibility or liability whatsoever for the accuracy or honesty of any advertisement on its system(s). It is the responsibility of persons placing and responding to advertisements to ensure that the item(s) and/or service(s) are described correctly and fit for the purpose for which they are intended.
  • Persons responding to advertisements on our system(s) understand and agree that they do so entirely at their own risk.
  • Avbooking.com expressly denies any claim or guarantee that any advertisement placed on it system(s) will generate any response or sale.

    Anyone placing an advert on our system(s) must comply with the following,
  		• Anyone placing an advertisement on our systems that is selling a service, item(s), or share(s) in an item or items, must be the legal owner of the item(s) contained in the advertisement(s), or acting on behalf of the legal owner(s) and with the full knowledge and permission of the legal owner(s) of the item(s) or service(s).
  		• Any person placing an advertisement on avbooking.com must be either at least 18 years of age, or, at or above the age at which they are considered legally responsible in the country in which they reside, whichever is the higher.
  		• A declaration of intent regarding the involvment of any escrow company in the sale or purchase of the item advertised must be completed by the advertiser and must be honest and truthful.
  		• Hyperlinks must be appropriate to the advert.
  		• All descriptions must be honest, truthful and clearly worded.
  		• Advertisements must inform other users of our system(s) of any known problems, defects, deficiencies or special limitations of use.
  		• All advertisers must indicate whether they are private or commercial advertisers.
  		• Any advertisement placed on the system(s) of avbooking.com must be appropriate for the category in which it is placed.
  		• avbooking.com can only accept advertisements in the following languages, English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Norwegian, Danish and Swedish.
  		• Due to the nature of software piracy, users must first ask for permission from avbooking.com before placing any advertisement on our system(s) for software products.
  		• It is strictly forbidden to place any form of advertisement on avbooking.com with the intention of misleading or defrauding other users of our system(s).
  		• avbooking.com does not accept advertisements for products that compete with any of the services we offer to our customers.
  		• Advertisements must not contain language or images that may be considered offensive by other users of our system(s).

    • Account URL's
  		• avbooking.com reserves the right to modify at any time the procedure for account URL's to a procedure wherby URL's must be approved by us before they can be displayed in any advertisement should we feel that this has become necessary in order to stop "non-serious" or "troublesome" advertisements.
  		• avbooking.com may at any time remove URL's from an account and/or advertisement where avbooking.com deems the URL to be inappropriate.

    Laws and regulations.
    It is the responsibility of users of avbooking.com to ensure that any and all prevailing laws and regulations, including but not limited to, import/export regulations and aeronautical directives, are strictly adhered to with respect to the sale or purchase of any item(s) or service(s) advertised on our system(s).

    Termination of advertiser accounts.
  		•  Users understand and agree that avbooking.com may, at any time, suspend or terminate any advertiser account on its system(s) for any reason whatsoever without entering into correspondence with the advertiser(s) concerned.
  		•  Accounts that have not been activated by a user after 7 days may be automatically deleted from our system(s).
  		•  30 days after the last advert for an account has expired or been deleted, the account may be automatically deleted from our system(s).

    Termination of advertisements.
    Users understand and agree that avbooking.com may, at any time, terminate any advertisement on its system(s) for any reason whatsoever without entering into correspondence with the advertiser(s) concerned.
    Users may terminate their own advertisements at any time they wish prior to the natural expiration of the advertisement. In all cases, when an advertisement expires or is terminated, data for the advert is retained on our system(s) for a period of 30 days, after which it may be completely deleted.

    Disputes regarding advertisements
    All persons advertising or responding to advertisements on avbooking.com understand and agree that should a dispute arise over item(s) or service(s) advertised on avbooking.com, that such a dispute is between the buyer and the seller and that avbooking.com shall in no way become involved in such a dispute, with the exception of, and limited to, exceptional circumstances where we may provide information contained on our system(s) in accordance with the section in this document entitled "Privacy of information".

    Disputes with avbooking.com
    Users understand and agree that should any dispute occur between any users of avbooking.com and avbooking.com, that such a dispute will be settled in a Norwegian court of law, in compliance with Norwegian law and at a location convenient to avbooking.com.

    Modification to these terms and conditions
    Users understand and agree that avbooking.com may, at any time, modify these terms and conditions. Users also understand that they must themselves check these terms and conditions periodically and that should they at any time disagree with the terms and conditions, the sole regress of the user will be to terminate their use of any service(s) offered by avbooking.com.
